You agree that the Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, templates, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) (collectively, the “Content”), are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You agree that such Content shall include all proprietary videos, HTML/CSS, Javascript, graphics, voice and sound recordings, artwork, photos, templates, documents, text, as well as all other materials hosted or otherwise included on the Website. To the extent that copyright applies to the Content, all rights are reserved. These Terms of Use permit you to use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website, or any material presented through any meeting, official discussion board, or official document repository associated with the Website or Company, except as follows:
- Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
- You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
- You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
- If we provide desktop, mobile, or other applications for download, you may download a single copy to your computer or mobile device solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you agree to be bound by our end user license agreement for such applications.
You must not:

- Use any materials provided to you by us in any meeting, except as specifically described in said meeting.
- Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from the accompanying text.
- Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from this Website.
If you wish to make any use of material on the Website other than that set out in this section, please address your request to: [email protected].
All images, likenesses, and biographical information of people used in the Content and contained on the Website are either the property of, or used with permission by, the Company. Any use of Content by you is strictly prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms of Use. Any unauthorized use of Content may violate the copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights of the Company and/or third parties, as well as the laws of privacy and publicity, and other regulations and statutes. Nothing contained in this Agreement or on the Website shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark or copyright or other proprietary information without the express written consent of the Company or third-party owner.
If you print, copy, modify, download, or otherwise use or provide any other person with access to any part of the Website in breach of the Terms of Use, your right to use the Website will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. Any use of the Website not expressly permitted by these Terms of Use is a breach of these Terms of Use and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Trademarks
The Company name, the Company logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans (including, without limitation, “Year Zero”, “Mind & Machine”, “Notion Life Design”, “PPV”, and “Pillars, Pipelines & Vaults”) are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Website are the trademarks of their respective owners.
Intellectual Property Infringement
The Company respects the copyright, trademark, and all other intellectual property rights of others. The Company has the right, but has no obligation, to remove content and accounts containing materials that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Use. If you believe that your intellectual property rights are being violated or that any work belonging to you has been reproduced on the Website or in any Content in any way, you may notify Company at [email protected]. Please provide your name and contact information, the nature of your work and how it is being violated, all relevant copyright and/or trademark registration information, the location/URL of the violation, and any other information you believe is relevant.
Software Platform Information Visibility
For some supplementary resources in the program, we use the Notion.so software platform. Use of these resources is optional and the full training and community can be accessed without it. Being added to have access to the additional resources in Notion means that your name and email address may be visible to other participants of the program. Notion does not provide any workaround to avoid this, it is how the Notion platform works. If you do not want this information to be accessible, do not accept the invitation to join the Notion workspace. The entire core training and community activity can be accessed without it.

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the Website:

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.
